Verret is being built in the open. This page says what works, what is being built and what has not been started — so nothing else on this site has to be taken on trust.

The core check
The engine that checks links, messages and file fingerprints against threat intelligence works, and you can use it on this site: paste a link into the anonymous check. There is no released app or extension yet, so that is the only way in.

How sure we are, and what we could not check
Every answer from the anonymous check says how certain we are, and lists what we could not look at, including — where there is one — an outside source we could not reach. Treat any answer as a judgement on the evidence we could see, never a guarantee. The app and the extension are not released, so this site is the only place you can see it.
